Update - We have observed issue with our shared firewall cluster. Customer connections through Verne shared firewall Service had issues approx. 14.11.2024 10:01 EET-10:14 EET
We have have identified the problem and we made temporary solution to fix the issue.
Currently all connection are restored but Firewall cluster redundancy is degraded. Verne Network team keeps investigating issue for permanent fix.
