Investigating - We are having issues with Multi-Cloud Control's User Interface and we are investigating it. This does not affect the private and public clouds the Multi-Cloud Control is managing. Only the application UI is not reachable.

Maintenance Planned - We will be performing maintenance operations for our shared backup system 9.4.2019 between 8 AM to 11 AM. Shared backup server will be upgraded to the latest version.

During this time the backup and restore services will be unavailable. After the maintenance is done customers which have access to the system have to upgrade their clients to the new version. All VMware backup proxy machines have to be upgraded to match the latest version and instructions how to upgrade proxy machines will be provided to each customer that is impacted by upgrade.
