Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Minor - During the maintenance window the situation of Electricity grid disconnect will be tested. There should not be effect to systems availability.

Tasks:
- Neccessary preparations fo the test.
-Perform planned planned Electricity electricity grid disconnect tests.

During operations the Electricity supply is switched from the main supply to Power generators. These operation have no Service effect to customers services availability.

[Maintenance] - Pori - Core switch software version upgrade 25.01.2021 00:01 - 06:00 EET

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Major - Upgrade will be done to one fault tolerant core switch at a time. However there can be minor outages in customers connection during the maintenance window.

Ficolo Core switches will be upgraded to recent software version during the maintenance window.  All customers with Ficolo shared firewall services are affected by this maintenance.

Tasks:
-Preparation for the maintenance
-Perform upgrade actions to one fault tolerant core switch at a time and test functionality
-Overall test of environment functionality after the changes.

Improved Performance and security.

[Maintenance] - Tampere - UPS frame change - 16.11.2020 - 25.11.2020 08:00 - 17:00 EET

Update - The maintenance will last untill 25.11.2020 instead of the previously announced 20.11.2020. Reason for this is, that we are also renewing the cabling for the future needs of the UPS infrastructure.

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Minor - Current setup includes two fault tolerant UPS frames which allows removal of one frame at the time.

Tasks:
-Necessary preparations for the maintenance
-Taking one UPS frame offline and dismantle it
-Construct new UPS frame to replace dismantled UPS frame
-Test and confirm UPS frame functionality
-Bring new UPS frame online and productive

There should be no impact on customers' systems.

Update - There is additional maintenance task in one of the cloud delivery networks redundant links. This maintenance will take place in 16.12.2020 20:00EET - 17.12.2020 04:00 EET During the maintenance redundancy is degraded in cloud delivery network.

Update - We are waiting for spareparts to implement permanent fix to the link. Currently the link is operational and we will keep monitoring the situation.

Identified - Severity and user impact: Minor - We have noticed potential issue in one of the Cloud delivery network redundant links. We will perform maintenance tasks to this link.

This maintenance will cause temporary degraded redundancy in Cloud  delivery network. There should not be user impact.
