Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Major - Upgrade will be done to one fault tolerant core switch at a time. However there can be minor outages in customers connection during the maintenance window.

Ficolo Core switches will be upgraded to recent software version during the maintenance window. All customers with Ficolo shared firewall services are affected by this maintenance.

Tasks:
-Preparation for the maintenance
-Perform upgrade actions to one fault tolerant core switch at a time and test functionality
-Overall test of environment functionality after the changes.

[Partial Outage] - The Rock - Problem with shared firewall customers connections 8.9.2021 approx. 10:56- 11:02 EEST

Monitoring - Severity and user impact: One of our customers was targeted with very high volume DDOS attack. Our DDOS attack management service mitigated the attack properly, but unfortunately there was delay until the mitigation started in DDOS mitigation service. This delay caused short outage to the customers connections. After DDOS attack mitigation started, all services were working normally again.

Ficolo keeps monitoring the situation. We are sorry about the inconvenience.
