Investigating - We are observing an issue with our shared firewall cluster. Some customers may have issues with IPSEC connections through Verne shared firewall after 08.5.2025 11.00 EEST.

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Major - Software update will be done to one fault tolerant router at a time. However there can be minor outages in customers connections during the maintenance window.
Internet Edge routers will be updated to recent software version during the maintenance window. All Verne Internet customers are affected by this maintenance.
Tasks:
-Preparation for the maintenance
-Perform upgrade actions to one fault tolerant router at a time and test functionality
-Overall test of environment functionality after the changes.

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Minor - During the maintenance window the shared storage system will be updated one redundant storage controller at a time.
There is periodical version upgrade for one of the shared storage systems. During the maintenance shared storage system will be upgraded to recent version with recent security patches and enhanced functionality. All Verne Shared Storage and WS.IaaS Customers are affected by this maintenance. There should not be effect to customers systems availability.
