[Maintenance] - Pori - Shared backup service maintenance window 10.12.2020 - 10.00 - 16.00 EET

Maintenance Planned - We will be performing maintenance operations for our shared backup system 10.12.2020 between 10 AM to 4 PM. Shared backup server will be upgraded to the latest version.

During this time the backup and restore services will be unavailable. After the maintenance is done customers which have access to the system have to upgrade their clients to the new version or either use HTML5 webclient. All VMware backup proxy machines have to be upgraded to match the latest version and instructions how to upgrade proxy machines will be provided separately to each customer that is impacted by upgrade.

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Major - Maintenance will be done to one meet me room at a time. There will be outages in customers fibre connection. Outage will be approx 5-20 minutes during the maintenance window.

All The Air datacenter customers with network connections via meet me rooms will be affected by this maintenance. In case of fault tolerant connection from both meet me rooms, there should not be outage to the fault tolerant connection.


Tasks:
- Preparations for the maintenance.
- Cross-connection panels maintenance actions.
- Confirm that all network links becomes back online after the change.

We recommend that you schedule engineer at your side to check connectivity immediately after maintenance.
