Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Minor - During the maintenance window the situation of Electricity grid disconnect will be tested. There should not be effect to systems availability.

Tasks:
- Neccessary preparations fo the test.
-Perform planned planned Electricity electricity grid disconnect tests.

During operations the Electricity supply is switched from the main supply to Power generator. These operation have no Service effect to customers services availability.

[Partial Outage] - Pori - Issues with our Application Delivery and DDoS Protection Services

Resolved - The fault tolerance has been restored by having spare device standign by.

Monitoring - All Application Delivery and DDoS Protection Services are back online. However fault tolerance is currently degraded.

We will continue actions to restore the fault tolerance and we will keep monitoring the situation.

Some of our customers might have experienced outage on services that are behind DDoS Protection Services.

- The Firewall cluster update will be performed one fault tolerant Firewall cluster member at a time. During the firewall update the sessions are transferred to failover device few times. However, minor outages for customer connections may occur during the maintenance window.

- Software update for passive node
- Perform update one failover cluster member at a time
- Test firewall cluster functionality

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Major - During the maintenance window the Multi-Cloud Control User interface will be unreachable. This does not affect the private and public clouds, or the virtual machines that Multi-Cloud Control is managing.

Goals:
- New Features in application
-Improved Functionality and security due to recent version.

Impact:
- User interface is not reachable for short period of time during the maintenance window

After changes application server functionality is tested.

NOTE! The Multi-Cloud control UI is not available during operations. Only the management is suspended during the maintenance window. This does not affect the private and public clouds, or the virtual machines Multi-Cloud Control is managing.

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Minor - During the maintenance window access to firewall management software is suspended for approx 10 minutes.



We are performing version upgrade to Firewall management software for recent level of security patches and new improved features.


Tasks:
- Suspend access from users to Firewall management software
- Upgrade of firewall management software
- Necessary testing
- Open access to upgraded firewall management software for users.



During operations the Firewall management software is unavailable. However all connections thought the firewalls works as usual. Only firewall management throught firewall management software has been suspended for short period of time.
