Monitoring - Severity and user impact: Major -There has been issue in Verne Global Finland / Ficolo Shared virtualization environment WS.IaaS. This issue have caused certain customers virtual machines to disconnect from network.
The issue has been resolved. However some customers virtual machines in the shared virtualization environment WS.IaaS may have facing network outage.

Monitoring - Severity and user impact: Minor -Verne Global Finland / Ficolo network team have observed issue with The Air data center shared firewall cluster. Due to this issue the shared firewall cluster redundancy is degraded.
The shared firewall service is currently operational and this situation have no effect customers' systems.

During the firewall update the sessions are transferred to failover device a few times. However, minor outages for customer connections may occur during the maintenance window.

The investigation of the issue with the automatic fire suppression system in ongoing. Currently fire suppression system is out or order. However fire detection systems are working normally.
There was no customer effect from this event. Verne Global Finland is monitoring the situation.
