Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Major - During the core switch upgrade the customers connections will be moved from the current Core switches to the new core switches. This will cause short outages to the customers connections.

Ficolo Core switches will be upgraded to new up to date devices. In this phase of upgrade, all affected customers have been contacted before and this schedule for the change has been agreed together. This message is official reminder about the maintenance schedule.

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Minor - During the maintenance one redundant UPS module will be disconnected for maintenance

We will replace battery chain in one of our UPS systems. During the maintenance one redundant UPS module will be disconnected for maintenance work.

Tasks:
- Disconnect one redundant UPS unit for maintenance
-Battery chain replace for the unit
-Test the UPS unit with new battery chain
-Bring maintained UPS unit back online

There should be no impact on customers' systems.
