Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Major - During maintenance window customer portal and Multi-Cloud Control are updated with recommended software.

Tasks for Multi-Cloud Control software upgrade and patching:

-Functionality is restricted to single node
-Updates are installed to passive node.
-Functionality is moved to updated node
-Updates are installed to other nodes.
-Functionality is restored to all nodes.

While Multi-Cloud Control is usable during updates we recommed to avoid critical operations.

During Customer portal updates it is not usable. All tickets must be issued via email or telephone.
