[Partial Outage] - Issue in backup network equipment 15.11.2019

Resolved - The issue with backup network has been resolved now and backups will run as scheduled from now on. Also restores from existing backups are available.

To prevent same issue in future, we will improve redundancy in backup network.

We will monitor situation closely during backup window to ensure that weekends backup runs will go throught properly.

Identified -
Unfortunately we have issue in backup network equipment.

Due to issue backups from yesterday 14.11.2019 has failed from some backup customers. Also due to this issue restores from earlier backups are not currently possible.

We have identified the issue and we are creating fix to enable backup services for 15.11.2019 evening backup runs.

We will update the status with further information messages.

[Partial Outage] - Issue in backup network equipment 11.11.2019

Resolved - The issue with backup network has been resolved now and backups will run as scheduled from now on. Also restores from existing backups are available.

Due to issue backups from Sunday 10.11.2019 has failed from many backup customers. Also due to this issue restores from earlier backups are not currently possible.

We are currently identified the issue. We are creating temporary fix to enable backup services for 11.11.2019 evening backup runs.
